The Bill of Rights guarantees rights for all citizens of Georgia. It gives you the right to speak out in the government, the right to bear arms, and the right against government intrusion. These laws are all in the U.S. constitution. The Bill of Rights has alwys been changing. Only after 1865, slavery was added to the Bill of Rights. Every time a new law is passed, the Bill of Rights may change.
